					<description>This just in from CNN:

France has just announced that they have deployed 1,000 of it's Elite Special Forces Surrender Brigade to Baghdad, to instruct the Iraqi armed forces on how to &quot;surrender with dignity&quot;.

Under the command of French General Jean-Pierre Fondulac, who himself has surrendered to enemy forces 213 times in his 40 year military career, Sadaam Hussein's armed forces will be trained by their French allies on proper surrender techniques, including laying down their rifles without damaging them, the correct protocol in raising the white flag of surrender, and how to place your hands behind your head with dignity.

Miscellaneous instruction by Iraq's French allies will include the technique of becoming an enemy sympathizer and collaborator, a course for Iraqi women titled &quot;Sleeping With The Enemy&quot;, and a complete seminar titled &quot; How To Be Arrogant, Condescending, and Ungrateful&quot;.

In a related story, the French government has completed the sale of 100,000 surplus World War 2 French rifles to the Iraqi government. The rifles were never fired, and were dropped only once
