Pasty
Crest Vanilla Mint toothpaste: perhaps the most disgusting toothpaste, ever.
Not because it tastes bad. Because it looks like tartar sauce. Seriously. Visually, it’s nearly indistinguishable from tartar sauce, a foodstuff which would be difficult to eat first thing in the morning, much less smear all over your teeth.
And then there’s the whole “is tartar on your teeth the same stuff that’s in tartar sauce and what does this all have to do with Cream of Tartar?” thing…

Thats why stick with the ol’ standby: Tartar Control Crest.

sounds a bit like you are having some serious issues with your oral hygiene. so, does it actually taste bad? does it look differently after it foams up in your mouth? is it just the initial squeeze from the tube that bothers you?

Strangely, it tastes just fine. I mean, it is vanilla flavored toothpaste, but it’s not terrible. Everything’s OK except for the part where you have to squeeze it out of the tube onto the brush and you feel like you’re squeezing one of those little tartar sauce packets from Long John Silvers.
